In 2016 Lucia sets up a brand having on her name, which also includes the capsule collection Boudoir d’Autore, inspired to Costume and Art.
Lucia Ferdinandi’s production is one of the so called “di nicchia” lines, intended for a limited number of young and refined women.
The line fully expresses the stylist’s skill of getting elements from the Couture, her great passion, having in mind also the rules of the modern praticality, always inspired to new trends, taken from the multicultural contemporaneity. Her research gives rise to dresses, realized with extreme care in each detail, but at the same time more accessible from the commercial point of view.
Winning points of the collections are the materials, precious and characterized by a rètro taste, even if used with a modern and innovative mood. Velvets and damasks, brocades and operate silks, fine satins and laces tell about richness and luxury, elegance and refinement: they become evidence of en eternal up-to-dateness, which contains all the beauty of far away ages.
Another peculiarity of the production concerns its adaptability to all seansons: many are the “must” in all women’s wardrobe. They can be worn from autumn up to springtime and be perfect in mid-seasons.
A dream and life project are realizing, in the firm belief that, after the dark years of a particular historical period, fashion life will go towards a new Renaissance, something more special and more personal, coming back to give again life to the most authoritative fashion voices and the style icons of the past times.
